Price includes three conference days and most meals, plus a thank-you gift, conference proceedings and more. Hotel and activities are extra. Spouse meals are $200 extra. As a convenience, you can reserve your hotel room and select activities when you register for the conference. Presenters receive complimentary full conference admission. Presenters are responsible for travel, hotel, and activity charges.
